My Space

I fell in love with my city and I would like you to experience just the same feeling. This is also one of the reasons why I want to share my home with you. 

 

The apartment itself is on the first floor of an historic building (totally rebuild in begin of 2012). Small apartment but with a nice space for two guests, is lightly and airy. 


So, it is a cozy space right in the heart of Lisbon.

Information

The apartment is ideal for a couple.

 The living room has wi-fi, TV with more than 100 foreign channels double glazed windows and even a small balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, manual juicer, all the usual utensils and also anti-fire blanket and fire extinguisher.

The bedroom has iron and iron board and 

I provide towels and sheets.

 The bathroom has hair dryer and first aid box.

I offer a bottle of wine and also some port wine.

Rules & Knowledge

CHECK IN - after 3h30 pm 
(if possible for me, will be sooner)
CHECK OUT- until 12h00 pm 

No smoking inside;
No pets allowed;
Holding parties is not allowed; 
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 08 am;
You don't have to clean the house, but  try to keep it tidy.
Should be the guests responsability to wash dishes and put the trash in the street's waste container.
Use the apartment as your own. Enjoy the city.

Municipal Tourist Tax

Lisbon City Council charges a tourist tax of €4 per night for each person over 13 years old, up to a maximum of €28 per guest. Airbnb charges it automatically, but on other platforms, like Booking and VRBO, it is not included in the total price and should be paid in cash in the apartment. The owner is only responsible for collecting it for the authorities.

Immigration and Border Service (SEF)

You will be asked to have provide information about all foreign guests, namely passports or other kind of ID document.

This is a Legal obligation of all companies exploiting hotel establishments, complementary means of tourist accommodation and tourist complexes.

This information is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals.

Clean & Safe

Turismo de Portugal launched the “Clean & Safe Establishment” seal for companies in the tourism sector that wish to see their efforts to comply with the recommendations of the Direção-Geral da Saúde (Health General Directorate) to avoid contamination of spaces with SARS-CoV-2 (new coronavirus). 

We received training on all necessary hygiene and cleaning measures in the establishments and we are able to promote Portugal as a safe destination, reinforcing tourist confidence.
